www.kothsparts.com reserves the right to impose restrictions on the number of items sold to any individual user.
During peak periods, orders may take 2-3 days to ship. Most orders will be received within 2-3 business days after shipment. Since we cannot guarantee the speed of postal services, please reserve: DHL official website tracking courier, up to 8 working days; Western Europe, up to 12 working days, rest of the world, up to 20 working days.
4. Payment
We accept payments in Chinese Yuan (¥) British Pounds (£), Euros (€) and US Dollars ($).
Regarding payment methods, we accept: T/T, Visa, MasterCard, WeChat Pay and Alipay. We also accept GBP, EUR and USD via PayPal.
We do not store any credit card details. All payments are processed securely through the websites of our approved payment providers.
We do not sell to minors, if you are under 18 you can use www.kothsparts.com but all orders must be made by your parent or guardian.
5. Gift certificate
Gift vouchers can be purchased at face value of RMB5, RMB10, RMB20 or RMB25, with a minimum consumption of RMB5 and a maximum consumption of RMB150 in a single online transaction. For corporate gifts, please contact our customer service team directly at +8618826410500.
To use the gift certificate, the recipient must create an account online at www.kothsparts.com. The purchase amount will be shown and deducted from the account balance at checkout; any remaining balance cannot be used for subsequent purchases. Payments and refunds outside of China are subject to currency conversion at the daily prevailing exchange rate.
Gift certificates are valid for one year from the date of issue and can only be redeemed online at www.kothsparts.com. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed over the phone. Gift certificates sold to third parties will not be honored. A gift certificate cannot be used to purchase another gift certificate.
If any product purchased with a gift certificate is returned or exchanged, the refund amount will be automatically credited to the original gift certificate. In the case of partial refunds using gift certificates and other payment methods, the refund amount will be credited to the gift certificate first. If the total amount refunded is greater than the amount originally paid for by the gift certificate, the remaining amount will be refunded to the other payment method used. Refunds credited to the original gift certificate are still valid on the date of purchase of the original gift certificate.
6. Out of stock
Please note that if an item on our site is out of stock, we reserve the right to replace that item with a similar product of equal or greater value.
7. Return Policy
All products purchased on this site are backed by a return guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your order or placed the wrong order, please contact us within 30 days of receipt to confirm the return, send back the unopened product and we will arrange a refund for you. Please attach a message with your name, address and reason for return. We only provide free return addresses to Chinese users, other countries and regions, please bear the shipping cost yourself!
8. Right of cancellation
You have the right to cancel your online or telephone order within 14 days of receipt of your order.
