Delivery Information

1. Delivery notice

You will receive an email at the address specified when your order ships - this email includes a tracking number (if applicable) so you can track it online to your door. You also have the option to have a delivery confirmation sent to your phone via text message.

 

2. Delivery time:

Delivery time frames are specified on the product page to indicate when you will receive your order.

For products in stock, if you place an order before 4pm, after passing the necessary checks, your order will be dispatched within two days for receipt within the next two weeks (excluding Sundays and banks holiday). Orders received after 4pm will also usually ship within two days, but this is not guaranteed. Orders shipped by 4pm Friday will be scheduled for dispatch within three days.

For products that are not in stock and need to be produced, you need to verify the production cycle with us, and then deliver the goods according to the agreed time!

 

3. Postage method:

The default postage method for all orders is: DHL /FEDEX. This means that your item will usually arrive within 2 business days of being shipped

If you need a cheaper or designated courier method, please contact us before placing an order, we will help you find the corresponding courier company, and then arrange the delivery after confirmation.

 

4. Inspection upon delivery

When you receive your order, you should check the packaging to make sure it has not been tampered with in any way. If it does appear to have been tampered with, you should refuse delivery.

 

5. Delayed delivery or shipment

Although the Kothsparts Official Store is able to ship almost all orders within the specified delivery time frame, in rare cases our shipping capacity may be exceeded and cause additional delays of several days. Kothsparts Official Store regrets that this happens occasionally and is an unfortunate situation that is naturally associated with online purchases, but it only happens on rare occasions, if this happens, your order will be flagged For urgent delivery the following day. 

 

Another situation that can cause delays is a problem with the delivery service itself. This is again a rare situation, but unfortunately out of our control. In this case, Kothsparts Official Store will do its best to take responsibility for the situation and to ensure that your order is delivered as quickly as possible. 

 

6. LOST DELIVERY

The Kothsparts Official Store uses DHL and TNT for all of our deliveries for reliability and convenience reasons. Unfortunately, as with all delivery services, it is rare for a package not to arrive within the agreed time frame or to be lost entirely. In this case, we will ensure that the item is delivered to you as quickly as possible by contacting the delivery service and attempting to locate and deliver your package. You can also contact the shipping service yourself using the tracking number provided in the shipping email. In the event of a missing item, we cannot refund the order or send a replacement until the item is confirmed to be missing. This must be confirmed by the delivery service itself:

1. FEDEX - 15 working days to confirm the lost package

2. DHL express - 10 working days to confirm the lost package
